Tim Johnson is the founding owner of AMS and has over 20 years’ experience in construction and maintenance settings. Mr. Johnson is a Journeyman Millwright and Welder and continues to update with new technologies. Mr. Johnson over sees the company and provides Project Management and Project Planning for the many projects ongoing.
Curtis Loewen has over 25 years’ experience in construction and maintenance. He also holds Journeyman Millwright Ticket. Mr. Loewen provides Project Management as well as training of new employees.
Working with AMS for 10 years, Colin Sinkewicz portrays skills and knowledge of a Project Manager where he ensures safe and profitable completion of all assigned projects. Colin actively communicates with clients on all aspects of the projects to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the clients. He is responsible for total project management including controlling budgets, negotiating subcontracts and providing day-to-day communication with the project team to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget.
Daniel Simoes contributes 20+ years of experience to the construction industry. Daniel oversees all phases of construction projects and fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and maintaining morale of the employees. A team player, Daniel holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with clients and employees, resulting in successful construction experiences.
Krista Klose has been employed at AMS as Office & Payroll Manager for 3 years. She has been a part of the growth of this company and is therefore exceptionally informed and invested. Krista is currently undergoing school to develop her skills and knowledge in the field of book-keeping and payroll. She is responsible for executive compensation, payroll and financial document support.
Stephen Perry is the Health, Safety & Environmental Manager of AMS where he takes control of AMS Safety Services. He provides safety training and development to cultivate proper working habits within the culture of safety. Stephen constantly develops and updates site-specific safety plans and requirements to ensure corporate compliance as necessary. He has completed training and earned his Certification Of Completion for drug & alcohol screening, where he helps grow the business and ensure that corporate practices promote a safety culture that minimizes workplace injury.
Tanya Thomas is the Human Resources Coordinator with education and experience in Business Administration and Employee Management. She assists in coordinating logistics for manpower planning for specific projects. Tanya’s expertise includes new employee onboarding, HR administration and recruiting.
